Seemingly taking a page out of Zendaya and Law Roach's "method dressing" book, Sydney Sweeney has been embracing the dark themes of her new horror film Immaculate through her style, which has undergone an edgy, mysterious transformation.
In March, she hit the carpet for the movie's premiere looking like a walking work of art in a sculptural white top that appeared like a set of arms wrapped around her waist holding a bouquet of flowers, with peek-a-boo cutouts all over. A couple of weeks later, she stepped out in a satin black minidress that featured a large sheer lace panel at her torso and tiered ruffles. Yesterday, she made an appearance at a press conference at Mexico City's Four Seasons Hotel in what might be her edgiest look to date.

The Euphoria star once again opted for a black frock, but this wasn't just any LBD. At first glance from the front, the inky Miu Miu creation looked like something you'd wear to a typical day at work, courtesy of its elegant boat neckline, sleeveless design, and pencil skirt.
However, upon turning to the side, Sweeney put the piece's striking details on display: large circular hip cutouts adorned with a bow that revealed she wasn't wearing any underwear. She added some rockstar touches via glossy black opera gloves and black pointed-toe stiletto heels with a bedazzled ankle strap. To finish off the look, she went with soft glam, complete with a nude-pink lip, and styled her blonde lob with curled ends.

Sweeney, who plays the lead Cecilia, was joined by her co-star Álvaro Morte, who plays Father Sal Tedeschi, to discuss the project. He coordinated in his own monochromatic black ensemble consisting of a textured button-down shirt, wide-leg trousers, a narrow leather belt, shiny dress shoes, and a silk scarf tied around his neck.
